Kam (the tech) was friendly, informative, and thorough. After the tune up/inspection, my AC was leaking. He came out the next day (without charging a service call) and thoroughly cleaned out the pipes, above and beyond the tech who had performed this service in the past. My only complaint is that I had to wait a full day for availability to come back. This produced a lot of water in my basement.
